All Sales Are Final
Because each item is made to order and uniquely tailored, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Reporting an Issue
To report a problem with your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Customer input errors (e.g., wrong name or design)
Shipping Costs
If a return or replacement is approved due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement. Otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable.
