Customized Products
All products are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be approved for items that are:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrectly printed
- Defective upon arrival
Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect size selected during checkout
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
- Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
